ABOUT PUNAOA & REGISTRATION
The PUNAOA Pacific Business Growth Programme will focus on supporting you with your Strategic and Business Planning, Business Growth and Development plans, developing your Leadership and Management skills in business, focusing on your wellbeing as a business owner and incorporating your Pacific culture and values into your business.
You will also connect with other amazing Pacific women and men entrepreneurs and business owners on the same journey as you to grow and take your business to the next level!!
This is a unique business programme embedded in our Pacific cultural values - developed for Pacific business women and men, by experienced Pacific business consultants, with real life business experience in business growth.
The Punaoa Pacific Business Programme includes:
• 12 week Online Business Education Programme - we will cover topics including Business Planning, Business Growth & Development, Business Leadership, Wellbeing & Pacific culture in Business.
• 1 on 1 Business Mentoring for 6 months (face-to-face or online) - you will be supported by experienced Pacific business mentors, passionate about supporting you with your Implementation Plan for business growth.
• Access to specialist business support services for specific business needs.
• In person Business Networking & Events with our partner organisations in Pacific Business & mainstream spaces.
• We will connect you with other service providers, networks, suppliers and business contacts, as well as access to funding opportunities on our radar.
You will also connect with other amazing Pacific women and men entrepreneurs and business owners on the same journey as you to grow and take your business to the next level!!

PUNAOA Programme Criteria:
- Business ownership must be at least 50% Pacific owned
- Pacific business must be based in & be operating from Auckland
- Been in operation for 12 months or more (preferably with at least one FY Financial Statement completed.)
- Be ready for Business Growth/Expansion
